• You must provide accurate registration information and keep your account details reasonably up to date.
• You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account and for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You must notify us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised or used without authorization.

AcedlyAI provides interview-preparation and AI-assistance features that may include real-time assistance, transcript handling, screenshot analysis, uploaded materials, and browser extension workflows.

We may update, improve, add, remove, or modify features over time. Some features may depend on third-party providers, compatible browsers, extensions, or paid plans.

If you use the AcedlyAI browser extension, you are responsible for deciding when to activate it, what screen content to capture, and whether the captured information is appropriate to submit for AI processing.

• Use screenshot and screen-aware features only where you have the right to capture and process the relevant material.
• Do not use the extension to capture confidential, regulated, or third-party information in violation of law, contract, or workplace policy.
• You remain responsible for reviewing AI-assisted outputs before relying on them.

Some AcedlyAI features may require a paid subscription, credit balance, or other commercial arrangement. Pricing, feature limits, billing cadence, and included usage may vary by plan.

• Recurring subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the next billing cycle.
• You authorize us and our payment processors to charge applicable fees, taxes, and renewals associated with your selected plan.
• Credits, usage entitlements, and promotional benefits may be subject to expiration, plan-specific conditions, and change over time unless otherwise stated.

You retain ownership of the content you submit to AcedlyAI, including prompts, screenshots, transcripts, and uploaded materials, subject to the rights necessary for us to operate the service.

You grant AcedlyAI a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, copy, process, transmit, display, and otherwise use your content solely as needed to provide, secure, maintain, and improve the service.

AcedlyAI may generate answers, suggestions, analysis, or other output using AI systems. AI output can be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, or unsuitable for your particular situation.

• Do not misuse the service, reverse engineer it except where prohibited by law, or interfere with other users or system integrity.
• Do not use AcedlyAI to violate laws, infringe intellectual property, invade privacy, or bypass access restrictions.
• Do not upload malware, harmful code, or content intended to disrupt systems, abuse models, or evade safety controls.
• Do not use the service in a way that would cause us or our providers to violate law, third-party rights, or platform policies.

AcedlyAI may integrate with or rely on third-party services such as authentication, billing, hosting, analytics, browsers, browser stores, and AI providers. We are not responsible for third-party services or their separate terms and policies.

AcedlyAI and its related software, branding, interfaces, and service content are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Except as expressly allowed by these Terms, you may not copy, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from the service or its proprietary materials.

We may suspend or terminate access to the service if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, created security or abuse risk, failed to pay applicable fees, or exposed AcedlyAI or others to legal or operational harm.

You may stop using the service at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply, including ownership, payment obligations, disclaimers, limitations, and dispute-related provisions where applicable.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AcedlyAI is provided on an as is and as available basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free operation, or that outputs will always be accurate, lawful for your use case, or fit for a particular purpose.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AcedlyAI and its affiliates, officers, employees, licensors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from or related to your use of the service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for claims arising out of or relating to the service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us for the service during the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim or one hundred U.S. dollars.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the Last updated date on this page and may provide additional notice where required by law or where changes are material.
